is about an individual's journey as a stay-at-home dad and all things surrounding parenthood.
The good, bad and the ugly. So many times we hear the great stories and amazing feelings people have about parenting, but there is another side to parenting that isn’t discussed as often, for fear of being alienated or shamed. There are some who never wanted to be a parent and those that once they became a parent feared they may have made a mistake. Parenting isn’t for everyone and the emotions surrounding parenting can vary drastically.
Acknowledging the gambit of emotions doesn’t make you a bad or irresponsible parent, it just makes you human. So I hope that this book will serve as a safe space for all dialogue surrounding parenthood. Whether you love being a parent or whether you question your decision, the conversation should be open, honest and safe.
This book comes straight from my heart. It’s a reflection of my journey, the lessons I’ve learned, and the experiences that shaped who I am today. My hope is that these pages inspire, encourage, and speak to you in ways that leave a lasting impact.
